1st trip  to bring 4yr DS in late Jan/early Feb '10! Will be staying 6d/7n. Can't decide on which deluxe resort will be best for 3 of us? Will be spending a fair amount of time in the room/resort so DS can rest. Want a little room to move in too!

Hi Jessica - In my opinion/experience, the rooms at the Polynesian are the largest, and I also feel that the Polynesian is the most convenient, since you can walk to the ticket and transportation center, or use transportation right at the resort, including the monorail.  However, it's also one of the more expensive resorts, so it may not be in your price range.

Another deluxe resort I really like is the Beach Club.  The Beach Club/Yacht Club has the most amazing pool area - Stormalong Bay - with a sand bottom pool.  It's also really convenient to go to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Animal Kingdom Lodge is really great for animal loving kids (it's my kids' favorite resort), but I do find the rooms to be small.  It doesn't bother us, but since you mentioned wanting some room, it's something you'll want to consider.

I hope that helps!  Have a great vacation!
