    what is my trip balance

    Hi there Alexis,

Welcome to planDisney, we are so glad you stopped by with your question about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort.  It looks like your visit is coming up early in the New Year, I am sure you are going to have a wonderful time!

If you would like to check your remaining balance on your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package, the best way to do so is login to your My Disney Experience Account on the official Walt Disney World Resort website.  From there, hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab in the top right hand side of the website and scroll down to select "My Plans".  In "My Itinerary", scroll down until you find your existing reservation, where you will find all the details of your upcoming reservation, including the balance remaining.  This is also where you will be able to make a payment when the time comes.  If you do not see your reservation, you may need to link your reservation by adding your confirmation number that can be found in your email confirmation that you received upon booking your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package.  Another option would to be to call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and a Cast Member will be able to assist with your request.

I hope you have a fantastic time at Walt Disney World Resort in February, Alexis.  If you have any other questions as your vacation approaches, please don't hesitate to come back to planDisney.  We are always happy to help.
