    Hi for our trip in august we will be arriving at about 12pm at the hotel from the airport and check in isnt until 3. would we be able to use our tickets to get into disneyquest or get food on our dining plan before the 3pm check in if we do online check in

    Hi Amanda,

    I'm sure you are counting down the days until your Walt Disney World adventure begins! I'm happy to tell you that you just need to stop by the Front Desk when you arrive at your Disney Resort Hotel to complete the Online Check-in process. You may do this whenever you arrive, regardless of the time.

    If your room is not yet ready, no problem! You will still be able to officially check in and begin using your tickets and dining plan credits.
