1st trip April, POP, with car, 1 day MK only. Can we park at Epcot, mono to TTC then ferry to MK? Seemed a fun way to arrive and try alt trans. Would that make our commute into MK much longer than resort bus or simply driving all the way into TTC? THANKS!!

    Hi Deborah!

Yes you can totally park your car at Epcot, take the Monorail to the Ticket and Transportation Center, and then take the Ferry to the Magic Kingdom.  I really like the way you think because taking alternate forms of transportation in Walt Disney World is so much fun!  Keep in mind that traveling this particular route will take you a minimum of 60 minutes and it could take longer.  While it may be exciting to travel this way, it may take a lot of time off your one day in the Magic Kingdom.  Also remember you will have to expend the same amount of time at the end of your day in the Magic Kingdom getting back to your car!

The quickest way even if you have a car, actually is to take the Disney bus from Pop Century to the Magic Kingdom because it drops you off right at the gates of the Magic Kingdom (a trip of about 20-30 minutes).  If you drive your car, then you have to park at the Ticket and Transportation Center and take a Tram to where the Monorail and Ferry Station is.  Then you will have to take a Monorail or Ferry Boat to the Magic Kingdom (this trip takes about 45-50 minutes).

I hope that you make some memories on your day in the Magic Kingdom!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
