1st trip 2 adults, 2 older teens, + 4 yr old. Fam suite or 2 connect rooms? Connecting rooms cheaper and bigger beds but read somewhere not always guaranteed? Connect rooms overall look better but do not want teens alone. Suggestions?

    Hi Vicki!

I totally understand your dilemma!  You are absolutely correct that Disney will not guarantee connecting rooms; however, I do have a little tip for you.  If you let the Cast Member know that the guests in one room are children under the age of 18, I have always been accommodated.  The Family Suites are totally awesome, but the bedding options are not as spacious or comfy as those in connecting rooms.  Sooo, it all comes down to what amenities are most important to you.  Will you really use the kitchenette?  If not, the two connecting rooms are probably your best bet!

I hope that you have a wonderful vacation and I would love to hear from ya again!
