Hi. My trip was accidently canceled so I rebooked and all my reservations / fastpasses were still there from the trip that got canceled. Is that a fluke in the online system or do I not have to redo them all???

    Hi Brittany!

Thanks for sending your questions to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! While I am happy that you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation coming up, I am sorry that you are having issues with the online system. If the system is showing duplicate reservations or if the new reservations are not showing, you may want to speak with someone to correct the issue. The number for WDW website support is 1 (407) 939-4357. I called them a few weeks ago when I needed assistance with My Disney Experience and the Cast Member was very helpful. They will ask you for your information and will go into your account to correct any issues. Hope this helps!

Did you know?: During your visit, Epcot will be in full bloom with the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival! The floral displays featuring Disney Characters are breathtaking! Be sure to hop on to Disney's Skyliner and head over to Epcot to check it out!

It has been a pleasure assisting you Brittany! If I can help you with a fastpass+ recommendation or any other planning question, please do not hesitate to send me your questions!
