    i have tried to get through to a specialist 3 times. I have held on for 2 to 3 hours. and the call gets dropped. I have purchased for 3 people for two days during covid. The tickets are unused and we want to use them for May 24 and May 25.

    I am so sorry to hear that you were unable to visit Walt Disney World Resort on your original date. I can understand how disappointed you might have been because of it. 

    The good news is that the value of the theme park ticket is still valid. You are able to use the amount you paid for your original unused ticket toward the purchase of new tickets for May 24 & May 25. Please note that the new ticket price needs to be equal to or greater than the amount you originally paid, and you will need to pay the remaining balance if the cost is more. Please call (407) 934-7639 to get the assistance of a cast member to purchase your new theme park tickets. Once you obtain those tickets, make your theme park reservations using the Disney Parks Pass Reservation System as soon as possible to avoid the theme park of your choice possibly being sold out.
