    I tried to unlink my annual passport from my daughter’s account and it won’t let me. How can I unlink it so I can add it to my own account?

    I’m so glad you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this question about your Annual Passport. I hope you’ve been enjoying a year full of magical theme park visits at the Disneyland Resort thanks to your pass!

    There is not currently a way to unlink an Annual Passport from a Disney account via the Disneyland Resort mobile app or website. Instead, please call the Website Support helpline at (714) 520-6222 and a Cast Member will assist you with this task. Be sure to have your personal information handy, including your Annual Passport number and the email associated with your Disney account. A Cast Member can help you link your pass to the correct account, or you can add it on your own via the app by scanning the barcode on the back of your Annual Passport card with your mobile device's camera. You can also enter the numbers manually into the app or on your profile page of the website.
