Hello, Taylor and welcome back to
planDisney!
Disneyland Resort is truly in my heart because of all the history surrounding Walt Disney. Taylor, as an avid
Walt Disney World Resort visitor we are presented with four incredible theme parks, two unique water parks and a mecca for dining, shopping and entertainment -
Disney Springs.
Taylor, I highly recommend building a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation package to include your Disney Resort Hotel and theme park admission. Where MagicBands come into play after you book your vacation package, is that they will be your method of accessing all the magic. MagicBands as part of your Disney Resort Hotel stay will enable you to charge dining and purchases to your Guest Room folio, they will contain your theme park admission that you activate by using the Touch Point for entry into a theme park and MagicBands will connect to
Disney PhotoPass® Service photos. By wearing your MagicBand there is literally no need to carry anything cumbersome around.
As Canadians, we are considered International Guests, therefore, when we pre-purchase and customize our MagicBands as part of our Disney Resort Hotel vacation package, our MagicBands will be waiting for us at the Front Desk of our hotel at check-in. And now, with the introduction of the
MagicBand+ access to the Disney magic will be available at both Walt Disney World Resort and the Disneyland Resort. The MagicBand+ is also available at a pre-purchase price with your Disney Resort Hotel stay via
My MagicBands and Cards under the
My Disney Experience planning tab once signed in to your Disney account.
Tip:Once your book your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package online, you will also need to make your
Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservations for each day of your valid admission.
Download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to manage your plans before and during your visit. And, if you're familiar with the Disneyland Mobile App, the one for Walt Disney World Resort is very similar but distinct from the Disneyland Mobile App.
Once booked, at 60-days before your stay and for up to 10 days you can book your
Disney Dining Reservations.
Taylor, it was my pleasure assisting you, please stop by planDisney for any other tips and advice, I would be happy to help you out.
Best Disney Wishes!
Jacqueline
