I tried registering/linking my 2020 SoCal tickets to reserve an upcoming trip for our unused visits. My tickets don't have a 16 digit number (has 22) so it's not going through. Do you know how we can redeem the unused visits for our ticket?

    Hello, Mylien!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for sending us your question. I’ll bet you’re getting excited for Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park to welcome back Guests very soon!

The length of a theme park ticket ID number varies based on ticket type, and the ticket ID entry field doesn’t limit the number of digits that can be entered to only 16, although you may have seen an example graphic depicting a ticket with that many numbers. Please visit Disneyland.com to enter your ticket ID number in the box provided.

You can also use the Disneyland app to link your tickets by tapping on the icon in the lower right corner of the app that looks like three horizontal lines. Select "Tickets and Passes" in the upper right corner of your screen to check if any tickets are already linked to your account. Tap the plus symbol near the top, then tap “Link Tickets & Passes.” You can enter each ID number manually or scan the bar code for each ticket with your phone’s camera. If you follow these steps and are still unable to link your tickets, I recommend calling (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member who can assist you further.

I hope this helps, Mylien. Please stop by again as you prepare for your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
