I have tried several times to order coffee cups with our pictures. the sight says it will forward us to ez print. But it won't put it through. Nothing happens. We want to order 2 coffee mugs with our disney picks.

    Hi Garwin!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for sending this Disneyland Resort PhotoPass question to us hEAR! Isn't Disney's PhotoPass service so fun and convenient? I like that the photo options include everything from on-ride attraction-action shots to in front of some of the most well known park landmarks. But I love that not only do I not have to worry about asking a stranger to take a photo of my family, Disney's professional photographers make sure that I'm actually in the photos too!

I am so sorry that you are having a bit of trouble, Garwin. I once ordered prints of my favorite PhotoPass pics from a Walt Disney World Resort vacation directly from the service (where you're trying to order the coffee mugs) and was accidentally sent the wrong photos. (They were of a completely different family!) I am so happy to report that the PhotoPass Guest Support team was so amazing in helping me get the correct order, that I have no doubt they can also assist you with ordering any and all of the products you'd like. They can be reached at (407) 560-4300. You can also contact the EZ Prints team at 1-866-391-1682. (They are open Monday - Saturday 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. eastern.)

I do have another idea, Garwin. If you purchased a PhotoPass package, like 'Genie+' or 'PhotoPass+ One Day' prior to or upon your arrival of your Disney days, all of the PhotoPass photos taken that same day are yours to download and send to print wherever. I've added mine to calendars, sent them to an online photo album and printing service, even the neighborhood pharmacy that also has a photo center; most of these services also have photo gifts like mugs. You should be able to access and save these photos from your Disneyland Mobile App, or you can sign-in to Disney PhotoPass on a computer to view your gallery and then save to your harddrive. If you didn't pre-pay for your photos, it's not too late! You can order downloads of individual prints, or there's even a nifty post-vacation option called 'PhotoPass One Week' where you can download all the photos captured during seven (7) consecutive days for one total package price!

I hope this helped to clEAR things up and get your cheese-ing 'mug on a mug' (see what I did there), Garwin. And if you have any more Disneyland Resort planning or post-visit questions, We're All Ears!
