    I've tried to ring the NZ number on the Disney Cruise site and it keeps failing. Is there another number to ring?

    I understand how frustrating it can be not to be able to reach someone with your question. If the Disney Cruise Line Help Center telephone number for New Zealand is not working, there is also a chat feature on the website, and you can complete a form that will generate an email to Disney Cruise Line.

    There is a search bar on the Disney Cruise Line website, and you may be able to find the answer to your question in one of the Frequently Asked Questions sections. If you have a travel agent, they should be able to answer your questions.  Shayna, planDisney is also here for you if you have a planning-related question.  We are happy to help.
