    I tried to reserve dinner at Belle's or Cinderella's restaurant but they are all booked. It's my 40th birthday. Can someone please try to help me find a solution? Any cancellations for that week?

    Hi Jenny! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    What a wonderful way to celebrate your birthday! I have always wanted to celebrate a birthday the Walt Disney World Resort! Make sure you stop at Guest Relations to pick up your free Birthday pin! You may find people wishing you a Happy Birthday as you skip down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A.
    Dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table and Be Our Guest Restaurant tend to be on the top of a lot of guests “must-do’s.” People really tend to gravitate towards these magical experiences so they do often book up quickly. Dining Reservations can be made starting 180 days in advance of your arrival and a lot of guests are online trying to make reservations as soon as their booking window opens.

    While I don’t have the pixie dust you need to get in to these restaurants I would like to offer you a couple of tricks that have helped me get a reservation to places that I initially didn’t think I could get! First KEEP CHECKING! Check in the morning; check in the evening, check at bedtime. Whenever I am hoping to get a dining time I find that I check for availability as often as I can. It is also important to keep watching for availability as your vacation date approaches. Guest’s plans change and as their travel dates approach is when you may find more availability as they change plans. If you still are not able to find availability it doesn’t hurt to try to get a walk up seat. This means that you just approach the Cast Member standing at the check-in podium and ask if there are any openings for the evening. You may be surprised at what you find!
