Hello Terra,
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!
The way you're describing the message that you're seeing makes it sound like the issue could be more related to the theme park ticket than to the theme park reservation availability itself.
One tip I can offer is to check that your theme park ticket is linked to your Disneyland account, either through
linking the ticket online or through the
Disneyland Resort mobile app. If you are using the Disneyland Resort mobile app, you can tap the main menu in the lower right of the app main screen and then tap "Tickets and Passes" and then tap "Link Tickets & Passes." You'll want to check that the ticket is valid and has not reached its expiration date.
If your theme park ticket is a 1-Day ticket, then one other tip I can offer is to check that the date for which you're wanting to make a reservation is not
listed as one of the blockout dates that apply to that ticket.
If it doesn't look like the issue is related to ticket expiration or ticket blockout dates, then my best suggestion is to call the
Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member can look into the details of your theme park ticket and offer the best guidance.
It's good news and helpful to know that if your
theme park ticket is unused and has expired, you can typically apply the price that you paid for the ticket towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket. The new theme park ticket would need to be priced the same or higher than the price of your original ticket.
Terra, I'm sure Mickey and his pals are looking forward to seeing you real soon. Here's wishing you lots of wonderful fun when you visit the Disneyland Resort!
Jerry
