Hiya, Ahtziri, and thanks for bringing your question to
planDisney!
I’m sorry you recently had difficulty renewing your family’s
Magic Key Passes. I understand how frustrating that must have been! As you probably know, currently, Magic Key passes are eligible for renewal up to 30 days before their expiration date. It sounds like you’ve probably already done this, but just in case, it wouldn’t hurt to double check your mom’s expiration date by pulling up her Magic Key on your
Disneyland app in the “Tickets and Passes” section, if your Keys are linked. Underneath the bar code of her Magic Key, you’ll find her expiration date. If she’s within her renewal window, you can navigate to
Disneyland.com/renew to begin the renewal process.
There, you’ll be prompted to sign into your Disney account, and then you’ll be directed to the renewal page, which will say, “Renew Your Magic Key Pass” at the top of the page. This is where you should see your mom’s Magic Key, if her account is linked to yours and her Key has the same renewal window. If you’re still having difficulty completing her renewal, or you have questions about the renewal transaction you already completed, I recommend calling the Magic Key call center at (714) 781-7277 for additional help.
