    I’ve tried purchasing tickets with my chime card and it’s not working

    I'm sorry to hear that you've had difficulties purchasing your admission tickets. That sounds frustrating! Sometimes it's as simple as an incorrect security code or ZIP Code, and sometimes there's another technical issue at play, but your card should be accepted as a valid method of payment. If you try multiple times to purchase in a row, that can also lead the card to have a hold placed on it. If that's the case, you'll need to call the issuer to remove the hold.

    You can try logging out and back in or using a different device to purchase, but I would suggest you call the Tickets phone line. A friendly Cast Member can assist you in making your purchase with your preferred method of payment without Stitch mucking up the works. I've done this myself and it's typically a quick call. That way you can get to the parks as soon as possible and enjoy all the magic waiting for you.

    There will be new exciting things to explore as well as returning favorites like the Lunar New Year celebration and the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. You don't want to miss out!
