Oh no! I am so sorry that you're having a bit of trouble trying to purchase your
Disneyland Resort Theme Park Admission Tickets. Sometimes Stitch goes a little haywire and makes a mess of things. Usually what this means is that there's a slight snafu somewhere, but if you try again a bit later your transaction will go through. Sometimes you simply need to refresh the page or close out the browser. Other times the whole purchasing system goes a bit bonkers because dates for an
after-hours special event ticket are finally live, but it usually calms down after a few hours.
If you haven't already tried
rebooking your tickets since you first wrote to us, April, try again now. If you're still not getting through, try to purchase tickets through the
Disneyland Mobile App. Another option could be to look at tickets sold by a third-party website, like a travel agent or even Target's online website or app. Lastly, you can also try to book your tickets with a Cast Member by calling the
Disneyland Resort Ticket Helpline at
(714) 781-4636.
Pro Tip: Be sure to try to get your tickets as soon as possible because the next step is to make your Park Pass Reservations.
Park Pass Reservations notate which park you plan to play in on which day, and tend to fill up completely the few weeks before each Disney day. In fact, hEARs the
Park Pass Reservation availability calendar. At the time of this answer, it looks like you should be set to book both your tickets and park pass reservations for your desired Disney dates. But be sure to hurry as the stats change all the time.
