I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble purchasing
Disney Genie+ Service for your upcoming visit. Technical difficulties aren't the least bit magical, are they? I'm happy to tell you that there is no limit on how many Guests can purchase Disney Genie+ Service on any given day. You
should be able to add Disney Genie+ Service to your existing Theme Park Tickets on the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Start by tapping on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the app home screen and then tap on the "My Genie Day" box. To purchase Disney Genie+ Service the day of your visit to a theme park, tap on the purple banner that says, "Get Disney Genie+ for Today" and follow the prompts to complete the purchase. To purchase Disney Genie+ Service ahead of time, tap on "Change Day" underneath the "My Day" tab. Select the calendar date you'd like to purchase Disney Genie+ Service for, and then tap on the purple banner that says, "Get Disney Genie+ for Today."
