    I have tried online checkin several times and I have never been able to make a special request on my room. Each time I go into special request it never lets me do anything. Is there something I am doing wrong? I just did online checkin and no room reques

    Hi Linda,

    I love the Online Check-in Service but there are times that I can't find a place to note my specific requests.  If you aren't able to find the specific type of special request during the Online Check-In process that you'd like to make, call the resort directly.  Tell them you've already completed online check-in but weren't able to locate an option for your specific request.  They will be happy to note your request on your reservation. 

    Keep in mind that it is a request and although they will do their best to meet it, they can't always guarantee it.  If you need a phone number for your resort, let me know and I'll be happy to provide you with that information.
