I'm sorry to hear that you're having some difficulties getting your
tickets linked to the correct Mouseketeer, and I'm so glad that you reached out for help.
My first suggestion would be to look through your
My Disney Experience account to double check that the ticket wasn't accidentally linked to someone else. If you happen to find that ticket linked to a different member of your
Family & Friends list, I'm happy to let you know that
you can reassign it to your son as long as it is still unused. If you still don't see it anywhere, I'd suggest trying to
link it again through this page, and possibly trying a new internet browser. Sometimes that pesky Stitch just likes to cause difficulties. If you're still unable to get the ticket properly linked to your son, I'd suggest
reaching out to a Cast Member who specializes in My Disney Experience. He or she would be happy to help you get everything straightened out so that you can get on with making your
FastPass+ selections and getting excited about all of your Disney dreams coming true.
