I have tried to link my park tickets to my room on My Disney Experience account and have not been able to do it. Sat on the phone line for 45+ minutes

    Welcome to planDisney Suzanne!

I am sorry you experienced long hold times. Cast Members are working hard to help each and every guest. Hopefully I can get you heading in the right direction to get your Theme Park Tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account.

If linking from your computer, head to the Linking Reservations page. Choose "Tickets" and you should be able to link from there. If using the app, click on the 3 horizontal lines on the bottom right of the screen, select "Tickets and Passes" then the "+" sign on top right, then "Link Tickets & Passes." I am confident that whether online or on the app, you will be able to successfully link your tickets.

Once you have accomplished that, you will want to make your Theme Park Reservations. Choose the park you plan to visit first each day. Any Park Hopping that you do (available after 2pm with the Park Hopper Option) does not need a reservation.

If you have any other questions, stop by again to planDisney. We have an amazing team ready to help out where we can!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
