I'm sorry that you're having trouble purchasing your tickets using your
Disney Gift Card. From what I gather, this issue is not uncommon. You can certainly use your Disney Gift Card to purchase
theme park tickets, so the issue seems to be more on the technical side. Before confirming your purchase, be sure to double and triple-check that you inputted the gift card information correctly! If closing out your browser and trying again just isn't working, it may be time to call in reinforcements!

They are ready and willing to help with issues like these and may even be able to collect payment over the phone if you'd be interested in purchasing your tickets that way! Just give the
Ticket Services Line a call to get started.
If you'd like, you can also forego the ticket purchase using your gift card and choose a different payment method instead. This would allow for your gift card to be used for dining, snacking and shopping purposes once you arrive!
