I'm sorry to hear that you aren't sure if you have
Disney Genie+ for your upcoming visit or not. At Disneyland Resort, there are two ways to get Disney Geni+. The good news is if you don't have it, you will be able to purchase it as soon as you scan your ticket into the park and enter. The other way to purchase Disney Genie+ is to add it on when you purchase your ticket. If you got an email with your ticket purchase confirmation, it should show that add-on purchase. If you still come up blank, you can reach out to
Ticket Services and speak with a Cast Member. Unfortunately, planDisney panelists are Guests just like you who like sharing our Disney Parks knowledge and we don't have access to Disney accounts for this kind of information.
Once you are scanned into the park, you will be able to use Disney Genie+ through the
Disneyland app. I recommend you download the app ahead of time to familiarize yourself with Disney Genie+. There are a lot of great tips and videos on how to use it. On the home screen, there should be a place to tap "My Day >" right next to Upcoming Plans. This will take you to the Disney Genie Service. Tapping on Tip Board will show you all of the attractions with their stand-by time and a return time for a Lightning Lane and this is what you will click if you want to book that Lightning Lane. You can book a new Lightning Lane every two hours or after you've redeemed your latest Lightning Lane.

Guest Relations kiosks throughout the park that can help you with Disney Genie+ as well.
