Welcome to planDisney, Victoria!
It's always a pleasure to help fellow Guests from the UK plan their magical adventure, and I'm very happy to help you organise your hotel reservation.
I’m sorry to hear that you are running into a few issues when trying to link your
Walt Disney World hotel reservation to your
My Disney Experience account. With a sprinkle of pixie dust, let's see if we can make the process smoother, so you can start enjoying the journey to your magical destination!
Firstly, login to your
My Disney Experience account on the website, then select 'My Plans'. Enter your Booking Reference under 'Resort Hotel', then 'Link a Reservation'; your hotel details should then appear under your plans. When you open your
My Disney Experience App, you should then see your hotel reservation on the home screen.
If, after you’ve tried this, you’re still hitting some bumps in the road, I recommend speaking to a helpful Cast Member at
Guest Services before your arrival. I’m wishing upon a star that your hotel reservation will be linked in no time!
I recommend downloading the My Disney Experience app to use once you are in the USA, as you’ll be able to see all of your tickets, reservations, and magical plans all in one convenient place!
Top Tip: You can enjoy even more time exploring the parks when you use
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering in your My Disney Experience App! It's a great tool to help you save time waiting in line for your food by pre-ordering for pick-up during a designated return time. Some of my favourite Quick-Service spots for mobile food ordering are
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo at Hollywood Studios,
Regal Eagle Smokehouse at EPCOT, and
Columbia Harbour House at Magic Kingdom.
I hope this helps make your upcoming holiday practically perfect in every way, Victoria. If you have any more questions, stop by and see your
planDisney 'Ohana anytime.
Sending faith, trust, and pixie dust,
Abi
