    I just tried DLing my photo pass images and the process was cumbersome with all of the zip files. I ended up purchasing the CD - will I be able to DL pics from the CD to my computer?

    That Memory Maker Archive Disc is an awesome purchase. Not only does it give you a high-quality DVD of your Memory Maker photos, but you also receive a collection of gorgeous stock photos from around the Walt Disney World Resort. My Mouseketeers love to put the disc in our DVD player and watch our story come alive on the big screen, along with professional photos of their favorite attractions and places. Magic!

    You will certainly be able to download your photos from the DVD when it arrives. My pal and PhotoPass Princess Andrea W. always purchases the Memory Maker Archive Disk to keep as a backup of her photo files. If you have any trouble downloading those photos, please reach out to Disney PhotoPass Service Guest Support at (407) 560-4300.
