    I tried contacting a travel agent to help us sign up for the Dark Side. She emailed back that she could help, however when I gave her our details she never emailed us back. Any tips to getting 3 people into 2 races without getting shut out again.

    Hi, Matthew! 

    I'm so sorry to hear you are having trouble securing your registration with a Travel Agent. Were you utilizing an official runDisney Travel Provider? I'm hoping there was a telephone number attached to your email correspondence so you may follow up. 

    If plan B involves registering via the runDisney website tomorrow when registration opens at Noon, EST, here is my advice in helping to become a part of The Dark Side:

    • Be on the runDisney website and ready to register just prior to Noon, keep refreshing the page until you see the blue "Email Sign-Up" button change to read REGISTRATION. Select that tab to get started.

    • You will need to have multiple people assisting you to try and get all six registrations complete. And start by selecting the race that is most important for you to get into. You can also have multiple devices refreshing and attempting to get into the Active.Com site. 

    • Extra tip: If you follow runDisney on Twitter, they will tweet the link before they update the website tabs. Use the link they offer through Twitter if you can, I've had better success with this route. 

    • Sign in to your active account, if you have one, so you are already logged in when you access the registration page. If you do not have one, there is a "register as a guest option" you can select. 

    • Have everyones birthdates and tee-shirt sizes at the ready, along with your credit card. 

    I hope this helps, Matthew! Remember, the most important thing is to have as many people as possible completing registration forms to ensure a better chance of getting in. And please let me know if you should have any additional questions or  are unable to complete all registrations.There are other options should the traditional route not get everyone in.
