Hi When I tried to check-in online, the "room requests" dropdown boxes just say select and are not giving any options to choose from. Am I too early? I am 60 days within my stay. Thank you Moms!

    Hi James David,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. I’m right around 60 days away from a Walt Disney World vacation too, and I just cannot wait to see the holiday decorations, eat all the treats, and enjoy The Most Magical Place on Earth.

The last two times I have completed Online Check-in, I’ve encountered this problem. According to a Cast Member, this is a glitch in My Disney Experience that they are working hard to fix. You’ll be able to complete the Online Check-in up to 60 days before your check-in date, but the only way to make room requests is by calling Walt Disney World Resort Reservations at (407) 939-1936. I see you’re in the UK, so the best phone number for you to call is 0800 16 90 730. The Cast Member you speak with will be able to add the requests to the system on your behalf.

I hope that’s helpful, and that you enjoy your vacation countdown. Especially as we approach the holiday season, I love reading to Disney Parks Blog so I can add new experiences, treats, and shopping items to my park day plans. It’s the perfect way to get a little daily pixie dust!

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
