My husband had this exact same issue when he changed his email address. He wanted everything to be under the same account, but he was getting a similar error message. Luckily, he was able to get it resolved by calling a friendly Cast Member at the resort. As such, I would recommend calling
the Website Support number at the resort so that they can look into the issue and use their technological magic to resolve it.
Did you know that as a
Disney+ subscriber, you are sometimes eligible for
deals and discounts on vacations to the
Walt Disney World Resort at different times during the year? And
