I’m delighted to see you’re planning a trip to the
Happiest Place on Earth at the end of the year! I’m sorry to hear you’re having difficulty locating your
theme park reservations. After your transaction was processed, you should have received your confirmation of park reservations AND unique QR codes sent to the email address linked to your Disney account. You will also be able to access and manage your park reservations on the top of the home page in the Disneyland mobile app as well.
Unfortunately, Stitch sometimes wreak havoc. If you continue to encounter issues, I suggest you contact Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a friendly Cast Member will gladly assist you. Due to the unprecedented demand of Guests wishing to
return to a land of Magic, wait times to speak with a Cast Member may be longer than usual. You can also utilize the “Chat with Us” feature on the
Disneyland mobile app. This can be found by pressing the three small horizontal lines on the lower-right corner.
