I've tried to book food reservations through the my Disney app but for a week now it's been saying 'were having trouble processing your request, please try later' we are well within our 60 week window.I have uninstalled app but still same

    Hello Richard,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for asking us a question about your visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

While I’m thrilled to hear that you’re within 60 days of your upcoming holidays, I’m quite sorry to hear that you’re having trouble making your Disney Dining reservations. My first thought when you mentioned the app was to ask whether you’ve tried to make your reservations from your desktop computer’s browser. There can sometimes be issues with accessing the app’s features outside of the United States so that might be the issue for you.

If you still aren’t able to make reservations via the website, then I’m afraid your only option would be to call Disney in order to make your reservations. There is a freephone number available for UK residents, so you shouldn’t have to deal with long distance charges for your call if you use that number.

I hope this advice helps you smooth out any planning wrinkles that you might be facing right now. As always, if these tips don’t work or if you need help planning your upcoming holidays, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
