While I’m thrilled to hear that you’re within 60 days of your upcoming holidays, I’m quite sorry to hear that you’re having trouble making your
Disney Dining reservations. My first thought when you mentioned the app was to ask whether you’ve tried to make your reservations from your desktop computer’s browser. There can sometimes be issues with accessing the app’s features outside of the United States so that might be the issue for you.
If you still aren’t able to make reservations via the website, then I’m afraid your only option would be to call Disney in order to make your reservations. There is
a freephone number available for UK residents, so you shouldn’t have to deal with long distance charges for your call if you use that number.
