Hi, I tried to book a breakfast at the Cristal palace for the 21 of january in the early morning. I'm alone and i would like to have a reservation around 8/8.30 am. Why if I book a table for one the only avaible time is at 10 and if I do for 2 is at 8.30?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so excited for you, I love spending some alone time in the Magic Kingdom! I am sorry that you have not been successful in securing an early morning reservation at the Crystal Palace, I would recommend to continue trying, hopefully a reservation will become available. The reservation system only has a certain amount of reservations for each number of people in a party, and once they have reached the maximum, the system will automatically suggest the closest time available.
