Uh-oh, I’m sorry to hEAR that you are having trouble upgrading to a
Magic Key Pass. Let’s see what I can do to help. My first question is, what kind of 3-day ticket do you have? Unfortunately, if you are trying to use the
California Resident Ticket Offer towards the upgrade, you will not be able to. These Special Offer tickets are not able to be upgraded, so that might be the reason why you are unable to progress in the purchase process.
If you are trying to use a
standard 3-day ticket (not the California Resident offer) then I do recommend calling
Magic Key Guest Relations. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help you complete this upgrade for you.
