hi i have just tried to add my reservation to my disney account and cant access it. can i enter before the 60 days just to link my account or do i have to wait and do it at the same time.

Hi Sarah and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

In most cases, you should be able to link your Disney Resort hotel booking in My Disney Experience shortly after making your booking.

You can use your booking confirmation number and surname to link your Disney Resort hotel reservation in My Disney Experience if you have booked directly with the Walt Disney Travel Company UK, or with a travel partner such as Thomas Cook.

If you’re still more than 10 months away from your holiday arrival date and are staying at Disney’s Old Key West Resort or Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa your reservation may not have yet downloaded to My Disney Experience to be linked. Rest assured your reservation is guaranteed, but until you’re within 10 months of arrival it unfortunately can’t be linked in My Disney Experience.

I do know that there are a number of technical challenges which may affect Guests travelling from the UK. If your booking confirmation number isn't recognised please call the Walt Disney Travel Company Disney Experts on freephone 1800 812 677 who will be able to provide you with an alternative 8-digit reference that can be used to link your Disney Resort hotel reservation in My Disney Experience.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
