I have tried to add a person to my friend and family list but I can't get her name on the list. The rest of the people from her group was able to be added to my list but not her. Help!

Hey there, Beverly! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for your question! Your loved ones are surely so grateful to have you at the reins, planning their next Walt Disney World adventure! You are certainly on the right track by making sure that everyone in your travel party is on your Friends & Family list within your My Disney Experience account.

To include members of your travel party in your plans, Disney Park Pass Reservation booking, and dining reservations, you will indeed need to ensure each of them is listed in your Family & Friends list. For reference, I found an FAQ page that should help you begin to navigate the process. However, I will describe this process as well, as I just tried it within my own account!

Upon logging in, scroll to the bottom of your Family and Friends list and click on “Add a Guest.” Here, you should be able to enter the preferred e-mail address for your travel party member and send them a brand new invitation, which they will then be able to accept! Accepting this invitation is crucial to making sure you can add this person to your list. If you are still having trouble, please contact the Disney Internet Helpdesk for more assistance at (407) 939-4357!

Beverly, I hope that these tips help you continue to make big plans for your loved ones! If we can help in any other way, please do not hesitate to come back and see us again soon!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
