I have tried to add a few "Notes" to My Plans on My Disney Experience, but after I save them, they do not show up in my Itinerary. How can I fix this so I can see my notes?

    Hi, Megan! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh my candy canes! You'll be arriving for your jolly holiday at the Walt Disney World Resort in only four days! Let's help you get all of those plans in order so all you need to worry about is which of the scrumptious holiday treats you're going to try first!

Adding a note to your itinerary is a great way to make sure all of your plans are in one place. The best way to do that is to call up the Walt Disney World website in your browser and click on "Sign In or Create Account" to log in. Next, you'll click on the "My Disney Experience" logo in the menu bar and follow these steps:

     - Scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets."
     - Click on the blue "Add More Plans" button.
     - Go to "Notes" to open a new window and type in your info.
     - Select members of your party to share with them if you like.
     - Click "Add Note."

Your note will now appear in the "My Plans" section of the website. To see it in the My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone, click on "View My Day" in the Disney Genie Service tile on the home screen. If you're not seeing that prompt, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen and then on "My Genie Day" on the next page. Your note should show up under the "My Day" tab.

Megan, I know there's a lot to keep track of during a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, so I hope this helps you keep all of your ducks in a row (but don't tell Donald!). Thank you so much for stopping by to see us, and I wish you and your family a magical holiday season!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
