Is there trick or treating in all of the parks for children on halloween and can everyone dress up?

Hi Debbie! Halloween is a special time at Walt Disney World. Of course you have your great Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party which is the special event party in the Magic Kingdom. This is the place where you can dress up and trick or treat throughout the park. This is the only park that offers this and it is only on special evenings until Halloween.

Many of the resorts will have simple trick or treating and some special Halloween events during Halloween weekend. You will need to check with your resort on the activities that are being held during that time. The only resort that goes all out for trick or treating is the Fort Wilderness campground resort. On Halloween night you will find kids of all ages decked out in their favorite costumes going from site to site getting treats from the campers. Many of these sites also are decorated for the holiday and many are amazing and worth a visit. We are actually here in the Fort now and have ours decorated and ready for the 31st. Please note that if you choose to come take the Disney resort transportation as there is no parking for outside guests on this busy night.
