Is there any trick or treating at Disney world for Halloween, other than at the Halloween party at Magic Kingdom?

Hi Stephanie! There is indeed one big spot for some Disney trick or treating at Walt Disney World. Each Halloween the Fort Wilderness Campground Resort allows its guests to come and trick or treat among the campsites. Each campsite who chooses to participate will have a sign outside inviting the children to get a treat.

Please know that there is no parking allowed at the resort at this time and if you choose to come you will have to use Disney transportation. Although it has been set up for Fort Wilderness guests, other resort guests have found their way there. Local families are not encouraged as the resort just cannot handle those kind of crowds.

It is quite dark in the resort so make sure children are accompanied at all times by the parents or adults. The loops are spread out for a distance so there is a lot of walking involved for a few treats. Many campsites have Halloween decorations set up making it a fun night for all.

In the past Disney Springs also had some trick or treating but during the construction phases over the last few years they have not done this. Always check as it gets closer to see if this tradition will start up again there.
