Is the TRex Cafe participating in the Dining Plan now or not? It's listed on the Dining Plan page, but when I went to make the reservation it says "dining plan not accepted."

    Hi, Jessie!

You'll be happy to know that yes, T-Rex Cafe, and all of the other restaurants at Downtown Disney are now participating in the Disney Dining Plan!  I was at T-Rex last month and checked this very fact with the General Manager, who was extremely pleased to reply "yes!"

While making my own reservations for an upcoming trip, I've noticed a few omissions here and there between the Disney Dining Plan pdf and the reservation system online, so I called the restaurant in question directly and asked the hostess; she confirmed what I had been told last month as well.  I think that there may be a few mistakes here and there in the print and online locations, as many restaurants were just added to the plan this month.

So, go ahead and make your reservations at T-Rex Cafe!  You're in for a treat! (Be sure to save a little room for the spectacular dessert "Chocolate Extinction," too. It's unbelievably delicious, and quite a sight to see!)
