Welcome to planDisney, Del! It is very thoughtful for you to want to make your loved ones' cruise aboard the
Disney Wish extra special! Here are some
Onboard Gift recommendations:
- You can order special cakes and cupcakes to be delivered to either their stateroom or their table in one of the rotational dining restaurants.
- If cakes and cupcakes are not their thing, fruit and cheese platters can be purchased and delivered to their stateroom on embarkation day.
- Since they do not drink alcohol, you have the option of ordering non-alcoholic sparkling apple cider to be delivered to their stateroom.
- The "Luxury at Sea for Two (Non-Alcoholic)" gift package may also be a good option to surprise your son and daughter-in-law. It includes two Disney Cruise Line-branded robes, a bottle of sparkling cider, a box of chocolates, and a red rose.
- There are also a few choices of flower arrangements that can be ordered to be delivered on embarkation day.
If you can't decide between those options, I suggest gifting them Onboard Credit. You select the amount you want to gift, and it will cover anything that is charged to their stateroom account. If they decide to dine in adult-exclusive restaurants,
Palo Steakhouse and
Enchante' by Chef Arnaud Lallement, the Onboard Credit will go toward the cost of their meals. If they go on a
Port Adventure as a family, the Onboard Credit can also go toward those charges. If they want to receive a spa treatment at
Senses Spa & Salon, there is also an option to purchase Onboard Spa Credit. With either Onboard Credit or Onboard Spa Credit, they will receive a card in their stateroom indicating the gift is from you with a personalized message.
To purchase any of these, you will need their reservation number or departure date to enter into the website along with one of their names. Whatever you choose, I know they will be surprised to receive it.
Del, if you have any other questions, come back to visit us at
