Ahoy there, Kathryn!
Welcome back to planDisney! You’ve picked such a magical itinerary—
sailing on the Treasure for seven nights and celebrating Halloween on the High Seas? That’s like finding Genie’s lamp, Captain Jack’s compass, and Olaf’s summer all rolled into one adventure! Longer cruises are my favorite too, because they give you more time to slow down and soak in every detail of the ship (and maybe even discover a few hidden Mickeys along the way).
Before we dive into the details, a quick reminder: entertainment schedules are always subject to change, so be sure to keep an eye on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you’re onboard for the final word. With that said, here’s the current schedule for your sailing:
• Day 2 (at sea) – Formal Night: Time to break out your best attire (if you’d like—it’s optional, but fun!). This is the perfect night to pose for those dazzling photos in the Grand Hall. Keep an eye out for the Captain’s Welcome Reception, usually held before dinner, where you may get the chance to mingle with the ship’s officers and enjoy some complimentary beverages.
• Day 3 (at sea) –
Halloween on the High Seas: Costumes at sea? Yes, please! Whether you go for frightfully fun group costumes or keep things simple with themed shirts, you’ll love Mickey’s Mouse-querade Party and trick-or-treating around the ship. It’s a spooky-good time you won’t want to miss.
• Day 4 (Tortola) –
Pirate Night: Avast! Tortola makes a perfect backdrop for Pirate Night. Pull on those swashbuckling outfits, enjoy a pirate-themed dinner, and end the night under the stars with a rousing deck party and fireworks (weather permitting). Yo ho, yo ho—it really is a pirate’s life for you!
• Day 6 (at sea) – Semi-formal Night: Another chance to dress to impress and capture timeless photos. It’s also the perfect opportunity to relive those “Cinderella at the ball” vibes, but with your own modern twist.
Now, I saw you had another excellent question about the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique options for boys. It’s such a special experience for young sailors, and I’m glad you’re planning ahead! While pricing, offerings, and sizing can vary, here are a few popular options for boys ages 3 to 12:
• Captain Mickey Costume Package ($169.95): Perfect for any sailor who wants to look shipshape and ready to take the helm.
• Royal Knight Costume Package ($114.95): Great for a dashing look that’s fit for a storybook kingdom.
On Pirate Night, the Boutique also offers themed makeovers, with packages ranging from the Pirate Costume Package ($199.95) for kids (ages 3 to 12), to options like the Pirate Makeup and Accessories Package ($59.95) or Swashbuckler Package ($99.95) for Guests ages 3 and up. That means the whole family can get in on the buccaneer fun!
I hope this helps you prepare for your Treasure adventure! From frightful fun to swashbuckling nights and regal transformations, your crew is in for a sailing filled with memories that sparkle brighter than Rapunzel’s lanterns.
Sea ya real soon as summer waves goodbye and autumn magic begins to shine,
Dustin
