Hi moms! Travelling with DH, DS2, DS6. What stroller would you recommend for my 49", 47 lbs DS6. We will be bringing our stroller from home for DS2 but thinking older son will get tired as well. Should we rent a double or single from outside or at dis

    Hi Allison!

This is an excellent question!  There are advantages to having two single strollers or one double stroller.  Personally, I love having my Baby Jogger City Mini when I am at Walt Disney World.  I find it easy to maneuver throughout the parks and it's big enough for my two children.  I have never had an issue with it on the buses or monorails.  Moms Panel Deborah made a great point to me the other day that having two singles is convenient if your family wanted to split up if perhaps Mom take the younger son back to the resort for a nap.  I would still use my double stroller, but I can see how it would be convenient to have two singles for older children in this case.  Orlando Stroller Rental (http://www.orlandostrollerrentals.com/) rents the City Mini strollers in singles or doubles and they have very good rates.  They will drop off the strollers to your resort as well and pick up at the end of your vacation.

You can rent strollers at the parks, but they aren't very good for napping.  They do not recline and are hard plastic.

    Have a magical day!
