I am travelling to WDW in September with my 1 year old daughter, am I able to order diapers etc to come to the hotel the day before we arrive to collect when we get there? it would save a massive amount of space in her case any other tips welcomed

    Hi, there!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Faye. We're so happy to help you plan your vacation!

My daughter made her first visit to the Walt Disney World Resort last summer when she was 11-months old. She had the best time, and we just loved watching her experience the magic of the theme parks! Traveling with her did require some additional planning, though. How can such a little person need so many things?

To save some precious space in our luggage, we ordered diapers, wipes, baby food, and snacks from Garden Grocer, an Orlando-based grocery service. My family has been using this convenient service for years, and we've had nothing but stellar experiences! Ordering from Garden Grocer is super easy. Simply visit gardengrocer.com, fill your online cart, select your delivery date and time, and your groceries are magically delivered to your Resort hotel! Your items will be kept at Bell Services. If you purchased anything perishable, it will be kept refrigerated for you there. You may pick your groceries up from Bell Services at your earliest convenience, or you may call and have them delivered right to your Resort hotel room. Should you choose to have Bell Services deliver your groceries to your room, please note that a $6 charge will be applied to your Guest folio. That price is subject to change at any time and does not include a tip for the Cast Member making the delivery.

Do be sure to pack anything that's going to ensure a good night's sleep for your little one. A well-rested baby makes for a well-rested mama! I always pack a sound machine to block out any outside noise, as well as my kids' must-have lovies, like a can't-sleep-without-it stuffed animal.

Did you know there's a conveniently located Baby Care Center in each of the four theme parks? It's the perfect place for a quiet diaper change or feeding! Every Baby Care Center features a changing room, private nursing room, living-room area, kitchen, and onsite shop with baby care essentials for purchase.

I hope this was helpful, Faye. Please let me know if you have any other questions about traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort with a little one in tow!
