We are travelling to WDW in September. I am looking at two different tea parties to enjoy with my 6 year old daughter. I am interested in the Wonderland Tea Party or the My Disney Girl's Perfectly Princess Tea Party. Any preferences? What about pricing?

    Hi Kerri!

If you are looking for an event to enjoy with your daughter, the My Disney Girl's Perfectly Princess Tea Party would be the one to pick. This price for this tea party includes one child and one adult. The Wonderland Tea Party is for children only. You would drop your daughter off for the party and come back to pick her up when the party is over. (You receive a pager to carry with you in case you need to be reached for any reason.)

In my opinion, the only downfall to the Perfectly Princess Tea Party is the price. It's pretty expensive with a cost of about $250 + tax. Included in the price is lunch for both of you - sandwiches, fruit, cheese and crackers. Adults get hot tea and children receive a special princess "tea" which is actually apple juice, but is poured from little tea pots. There is cake for dessert. Your daughter will receive a tiara, silver bracelet, a special edition princess doll with accessories, a scrapbook page, best friend certificate and a rose. The party is hosted by Rose Petal, a rose from Princess Aurora's garden, and includes singing, storytelling and a princess parade. Princess Aurora makes an appearance to meet with all the guests. This party lasts about an hour and a half. If it fits into your budget, I would say to go for it. It would be a great way to spend some quality time with your daughter, and would be a great memory. A lot of little extras are included in this party, which justifies the price somewhat.

The Wonderland Tea Party has a cost of about $40 + tax. As I said, this is an experience just for children. Your daughter will have the chance to meet Alice and the Mad Hatter. Lunch is served complete with the special "tea" and the children get to make flower bouquets and decorate cupcakes. I think it would be a lot of fun for your daughter as well.

If you want to something that you can enjoy together, the Perfectly Princess Party would be your best option.

    Have a magical time!
