    We are travelling to WDW Sept 20-29 2011. I know that it is suggested that meals be booked in advance but I am wondering if it is really necessary at that time of year. I have heard it is really quiet end of Sept and would prefer not to be tied down.

    Hi Debbie,

    If there is a specific restaurant or character dining experience than for sure make advanced dining reservations. I understand that you don't want to be tied down.  If there are a couple of dining experiences you really want to have then make the reservations.
