Hi will be travelling to WDW in May from the UK. Can I arrange for a DAS pass before I travel or is this something I have to do on arrival. Many thank

    Hey, Beverley! Welcome to planDisney.

We're so honored that you chose to be our Guest.

Are you counting down the days until you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth? This is certainly the place where "laughter is timeless, imagination has no age, and dreams are forever." Just remember: second star to the right, and straight on 'til morning. Off to Neverland! Here we gooooooo!

One of the many accommodations for Guests with disabilities is the complimentary Disability Access Service (DAS). As a UK-based Guest, I'm afraid that you can't currently register for DAS until you arrive on this side of the Pond. However, you'll be pleased to know that it's very simple to register for DAS once you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort. Once you enter your first theme park, make your way to Guest Relations, where you'll find a friendly Cast Member who'll be able to talk through your particular needs and, if appropriate, complete the registration process for you. You'll then have DAS for the next 60 days. Hakuna Matata!

By the time you arrive, you'll be able to enjoy Happily Ever After at Magic Kingdom Park and EPCOT Forever at EPCOT. These fabulous nighttime spectaculars are returning to Walt Disney World and I'm very excited.

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Beverley. See ya real soon!
