I absolutely love the laid-back and peaceful feeling of
Disney's Old Key West Resort and think it's the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation! This resort has been undergoing a resort room refurbishment, and this is scheduled to continue throughout 2019. Since the work has been going on for quite some time, there is definitely a chance that you'll get one of the newly refurbished rooms. However, this is certainly not a guarantee since all of the rooms have not been completed just yet. You can always make a request on your reservation but just keep in mind that you may or may not get that request when you check-in. The good news is that these are some of the most spacious rooms at all of Walt Disney World Resort, so I'm sure you will have an enjoyable experience regardless of which room you get!
