    I am travelling to WDW at the end of sept 2014, we will have the disney dining plan how do I book a table in a restaurant using the disney dining plan ?

    Hello Lesa!

    I love the convenience of using a Disney dining plan! While all of the dining plans are flexible, your dining plan entitlements are only valid at select Walt Disney World restaurants and food service locations.

    When you book your reservations online, you have the option to only show restaurants that participate in a Disney dining plan. Before you confirm your reservation, please double check to ensure that the location accepts your specific dining plan. You can also call (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 and advise them that you have a dining plan. 

    Also some restaurants require a credit card guarantee, but your card will not be charged unless you do not cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance. When you check-in at each restaurant, the cast members will ask if you have a Disney dining plan. You can also check out the Dining Plans-Frequently Asked Questions page for additional information.

    If you have any other questions, please ask away. I might pack a couple of pairs of elastic-waisted pants. I tend to need mine after eating all the delicious food in Walt Disney World Resort.
