We are travelling to WDW during the 1st week of May, 2012. We are visiting all of the parks during our visit. Are there many rides our (then) 8-month old son can ride with the family?

    Hi April!

The Magic Kingdom is the best park for the youngest of guests!  I've been taking my children to Disney World since they were practically newborns.  Even though they are itty bitty and won't remember the experience, there are still tons of attractions you can take them on.  Any ride or show that does not have a height requirement is open and available for your family to enjoy and trust me, there are lots.  Take a look at the attractions list on the Walt Disney World website.  Filter on the left by height and choose no height requirement.  A list will come up with everything your baby can do at the parks, including water parks!  If your baby is anything like my 6 month old, they will love splashing around in the water.

Make sure to bring a hat for your baby as the May sun in Florida can be hot!  I also love having an attachable stroller fan to keep the babies cool.  Take advantage of the Baby Care Centers at each of the park.  If you need to nurse or feed your baby, these are quiet, air conditioned centers to take care of your children.  You can even buy supplies here if you have run out or forgot anything at home.

    Have a magical day!
