Hi! I am travelling to Walt Disney World with a picky eater, they only eat chicken tenders, fries and pizza. Are there any table service restaurants where I could find this with adults? Are there a lot options for quick service for these types of food?

    Hello Victoria!

Welcome back again to planDisney! Lovely seeing you here again and I'm glad to help you on your next adventure at Walt Disney World Resort! Now, while you may be craving adventure, I see that some in your group may not be craving adventurous dining. That's perfectly ok! Everyone likes what they like and I love that in Walt Disney World, there is something for everyone!

My son is a very picky eater and it has been a trying experience to keep him fed. Now that he's 10 and considered an "adult" in the eyes of Disney, especially regarding tickets and meals, I have been doing research to figure out what would work best for him. Here are some of the places I found that could work for the whole family with simple and more complex options. When eating at any Quick Service location there is flexibility to order from any part of the menu. If you see something from the kids menu that is more appealing then go ahead and order it! Table Service Restaurants will require a bit more conversation with Cast Members as many times your friend will be able to order the chicken tenders meal from the children's menu but as an adult-sized portion and price. Some restaurants may not be able to accommodate that but I have yet to find a restaurant that won't provide some kind of accommodation. Make sure to look at the appetizers and sides as a meal option for this picky eater. I have found success with plain rice, buttered pasta, and mozzarella sticks for my kids at various places. I also recommend 100% of the time a buffet meal as there are so many options for everyone and a kid's area with favorites that your friend will like!
