I am travelling visiting Orlando with a travel agent ticket for Disney entrance. Can I collect that ticket at Guest Services at Disney Springs or does it have to be Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom? Thanks.

Hello Louise and thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with such a great question about your upcoming jolly holiday plans to visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.
As the current British Mum here on the Panel I can say that just like you I travel to Walt Disney World Resort from across the pond and because of that I'm making the assumption you've purchased the UK exclusive Ultimate Tickets via your travel agent.
It's super easy to collect Ultimate Tickets from Guest Services locations at any of the 4 Disney Theme Parks or indeed at Disney Springs; plus for additional ease of collection be sure to have with you your Disney Ticket Confirmation documentation/e:ticket plus a valid form of ID such as passport or photo driving licence.
I also thought you may find these Frequently Asked Questions - Disney Theme Parks to be an extra useful planning resource for your upcoming holiday.
    Magical wishes.
